I had an issue with the food i bought from the store and logged it on hello peter, it was not acknowledged until after a month and that was not on the own either.. it was due to the feedback updated on hello peter. so my issues were fixed with the store but i still had a complaint ongoing with the head office as to what its take a MONTH TO BE CALLED. the call centre agent that called was rude did not understand anything i said and wanted to have the issue closed, then after me 131TC1-1ing with him he said a manager will call me, later then sent a text saying its resolved and i was . i was called a few DAYS later and all she did was apologise saying they had a tech issue - can you believe a company like nandos cant get a simple thing ryt a month to fix an issue well i guess that speaks for itself. my battery died and i expected a call back and i was not. nore was the email/letter sent that they said will be sent...
