I am in the unfortunate position of having to, once again, do the follow up on my initial complaint of which a little feedback was received and a lot of promises but to date-no resolution or feedback form the persons that made the promise.

I received 2 missed calls from a person i don't know and can't call back because no contact number was left for me to do so!!!

The service is non-existent and nobody does follow ups... not even when you submit a complaint of a complaint. Besides this, you are stone -walled and not provided the information of senior management to escalate your complaint to the senior staff. I can but only assume that these persons do not CARE about the customers and do not wish to be bothered by the COMPLAINTS of customers as they themselves are aware of the BAD SERVICE!!! hence they refrain from taking calls, providing their contact details and taking the accountability for providing BAD SERVICE!!!

I have emailed Mogamat Noor Jacobs who supposedly is a manager but to date have had no response. I received promises from Chaylene who promised to resolve the matter and provide her email details... which also did not happen!!!
