See previous Complaint, same name as header of this complaint. My complaint below:

Ok So now it is already the 4th of March 2012 and no response or feedback from Andre from the Store.
On 30 Jan 2013 the store manager was given the details of the complaint. On 31 Jan the store so called made contact with me and resolved the issue, but in actual fact it was a complete as they never contacted me at all. 1 Feb the query was escalated, whatever it may mean and feedback would be provided as soon as possible (its now a month later, wow)... 5 Feb, Andre the store manager is aparantly dealing with the matter and will provide feedback, again wow one month later and still waiting.
8 Feb I query again for no response. 12Feb Andre writes to me in email saying that he will reply to me by the end of that day, wow really??? its 4 March now Andre. 19Feb, Andre is saying sorry for taking so long and promise to resolve the query as soon as possible, wow really??? Up to now from 19 Feb no response whatsover from anyone at vodacom or vodashop.

I am utterly disgusted by the breaking of promisses etc. and the fact that they dont respond at all.
