Failure to resolve faults, escalations, etc

I am still in the unfortunate position of having to wait on someone to actually resolve my fault. We duly logged a fault some 3months ago. It was handled incorrectly and then after we followed up we found out that it was never escalated. We the had this done but to date nobody seemed to bother to resolve it!
I then called again and had it escalated. After no feedback or resolution despite numerous promises i logged a complaint which also resulted in... well nothing AGAIN!!! To my surpise i then receive an sms confirming that my internet was restored... which is a blatant lie... would like an explanation as to how it was restored and who fixed this as it is still not connecting!!!
I then logged a hello peter complaint to which i received yet another promise but this too received no attention whatsoever.

i even have an escalation number ARS 238039 which i was promised would result in someone actually fixing this. TO DATE I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY INTERNET CONNECTION RESTORED BUT HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR IT!!!

PLEASE FIX THIS AS IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS ALREADY.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ACTUALLY GET SOMETHING DONE RIGHT!!!
