On 03 January 2013 I lodge a formal complaint to FNB Complaints but no one responded on the e-mail or the telephone calls. Then on 07 January 2013 I again requested that I would like to get a response on the complaint, I then saw in my e-mail contact list that I have a address of a person working at FNB. And decided to include them into the complaint. Within five (5) minutes I received a response form this person (Wendy Field).
She investigated my complaint and escalated this complaint. The next day she contacted me and kept me well informed concerning the feedback as this matter was being escalated.By close of business, she managed to get my complaint resolved and asked me to contact her in due time to inform her if there was any problem with regards to the conclusion of this complaint. Only after Wendy managed to resolve the matter, a consultant from their complaints' department contacted me to ask how they can assist. But THANK YOU, Wendy. There should be more people like this working for FNB!!
