I was supposed to be called back after speaking to Sidefree on the 13 August 2013, he assured me had contacted the Network Manager and that he has seen from my reference number, that nothing has been done. He said he can hear how bad the line is etc, Its a week later and im still waiting for some one to call me back! this has been going on for so many months, i want this resolved or i want my contract cancelled!!! It is unacceptable to give such shoddy customer service. I will NOT accept this and i WILL NOT be treated in this manner! i will continue to post comments and make reports if I dont get service. Enough is enough, its almost a year!

To affirm my belief that Cell C, doesnt care, I sent an email to the Networks, before my posting and the message comes back as follows:

So they deleted my message without reading it??? What does this say of Cell C???
