After numerous complaints and emails, i have been made promises by team leaders and supervisors who have not delivered. The collection of my phone was delayed as Vodacom messed up again and wasted my time by sending RAM to Durban for collection and i am in Cape Town.
My contract was supposed to be migrated back to my old package as of 1 Sept 2013 as promised but to date this was not done.
Amongst other things, i have still not received a single contact number for senior management or an email address other than customer care who to date have not replied to a single one of my emails in last week related to this complaint.

Team Leaders were informed of what time to contact me as i was in workshops but deliberately called at a time as they knew i would not be available and then claimed that they did try to reach me!

They have failed to resolve this complaint as its still hanging in the balance and i now have no cell phone and cannot upgrade due to my package not being upgraded as promised!!!
Please explain why you cannot provide contact info for senior management and why you team leaders cannot provide direct contact info. I spent 43min 19secs again on Saturday.0214663172.
