Still no proper feedback from Mweb, as usual!

Last week I logged a complaint regarding Mweb's poor client service, "no care attitude" and lack of communication towards clients. After sending several emails to Anwa Dollie to find out what the progress on our application was, he did not give us any proper feedback regarding the application's status. After logging a complaint on Hello Peter, a client service manager phoned me to get all the details relating to our complaint. I have explained my frustration and the poor service I have received from Mweb.

This person promised to call me back within a few hours since he informed me that he will investigate the matter and get back to me regarding Anwa Dollies poor client service and the status of our application. The complaint was logged on 5 March 2013, and until date, I have not received any feedback from the manager as promised. Meanwhile, the application has been sorted out (after the client was left without a website for almost 15 hours), but my complaint was not taken care of.

How can a company like Mweb not care about getting back to customers after logging a complaint? Everytime we log complaints, we get poor or no feedback at all??? Pathetic, is all I can say!
