My dad's complaint has been closed without any resolution by home loan departmment. i phoned the complaints last week thursday to lodge another complaint and i was given assurance that the matter will be escalated and will receive feedback soon.
if the complaints department cannot provide feedback. who do we trust with feedback. For over a months now, fnb is unable to action a simple request of writing a letter. we have received two incorrect letter and still nobody is taking accountability. I have lodged another complaint this morning with the ceo office and i have not recievd any feedback.
