Bad service, promises now no feedback

My incident dates back to the 4th July 2013. i had a response to my complaint, which i personally think its a automated reply that reads as follows:

Thank you for the feedback and thank you for taking the time to inform us.

Rest assured your complaint will be forwarded to the relevant franchisee and his team to address and ensure that the necessary corrective steps are put in place so that we may meet your expectations in the future.

NOW WHAT REALLY BOTHERS ME IS, Iv'e actually called your call center to follow up on my complaint, i was promise that the branch will contact me on the 5th July 2013 its now the 30th July 2013. My only question is Do you really care as much as you said or do you like a lot of other companies turn the blind eye after your received the consumers monies?
