After my initial complaint, I received a call from Cell C at the end of Jan, accusing me of lying about accepting the terms of the add-on service. It was VERY clear that my complaint wasn't read properly! (Refer back to 1st Complaint). After making it very clear that I want nothing more to do with Cell C, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to VIP membership. My answer was NO! It was agreed that the full amount be paid into my bank, same day and the details emailed to me. Nothing has been paid since! No more excuses, promises or calls. Please provide: 1) Name of the complaint officer 2) Written transcripts of ALL the calls 3) Reason why the FULL amount has not been paid to me. Please read both complaints PROPERLY! Its unfortunate that I now need to escalate this to the Ombudsman due to incompetence.
