Treated horribly by Telkom and ignored

I placed a fault this afternoon at 1 pm. my internet and landline were working at 10 am last and since there has been no dial tone. I have called at least 10 times during the day to try to escalate the problem as I needed our fixed today but I was given numerous excuses from your call centre and there was a case of being outright rude to me. It is now past the working hours of your technicians so now there is no hope of you fixing the line.
