My telkom internet has been down now since the 15th of feb.. they crossed lines with another telkom user and now they can not seem to sort the problem out. they caused this problem and they are taking to long to fix it it keeps on being said that the problem is in hand with the technicians and that there is being worked on the problem, witch is a lie.. the problem is with the box and no one has yet to go there and try and sort the problem out.. i have called telkom around three times a day requesting a status update on the repair and the same excuses pops up, witch includes that there was a technician working on the line but did not know how to fix it and another was called in.. and they say they have been working on the line since Sunday.. someone can not work four dais strait on a line and not make any progress?? When i phoned today they said that they will be finished by the 27th of feb but i can not wait that long to do my work and to pay bills. i am paying for a service that i am not receiving and it is affecting my business! sort this problem out telkom you do not have monopoly anymore...
