Logged online call will Telkom 26/12/2013 due to no dial tone on phone. No update from Telkom. Phone again 31/12/2013 - told 8 days to look at fault as all technicians on holiday. Asked to escalate to a supervisor was cut off by technician. Extremely rude - now without service I am paying for as technicians on leave. This problem would not occur if Telkom had installed cabling correct 2/3 years ago. Telkom cabling an eyesore on my premises and now no service.
