Our landline has been out of order for 8 days on trying to contact fault reporting several times and using R200 worth of prepaid airtime we are told the number is still faulty even though our neighbour had exactly the same problem there line has been restored, all we have received from Telkom is one sms stating the line is working then 2 days later a call to say they will try to work on the problem then no further contact even when we have called many times it seems Telkom's not interested in communicating with us, I hope we will have 8 or however many more inconvenient days will be credited to our next telephone a/c
