Paying for service I am not getting-VERY UNHAPPY

I am very upset with 8ta and I am complaining here as I have left 8ta several e-mails without any response to clear up the matter. I changed banks in the end of May13. I went to 8ta to change my banking details for the debit order, as I already closed my other bank account. The lady told me she needs proof of bank before the change can be made. I am a working lady and don't have time to run to 8ta every time something is happening and as it was already the end of the month I went to them again in June. The lady made the switch and said I must make payment per EFT and that my debit order will only start working the end of July. So I made an EFT payment for 2 months. But after the May wasn't paid with the whole switching of banks, they switched of my internet!! I cannot run to 8ta every time something is wrong and they don't come back to me. And once again my debit order didn't go off this month. After they definitely made the change of my banks when I visited the Menlyn branch.

I am paying for service I don't get. I am very frustrated without internet at the moment and once again I will have to make a plan to my own expense to go to a branch and ask what is going on??
