I called in to add a data bundle and a wrong one was activated on my number, i called in again the following day and the right bundle was ther activated, They said to me the will credit the amount because it was an error on their side. The issue was the escalated to supervisor, who then said will call me, i clearly informed him on when to call me and he still called on me late... i called them again and still nothing is happening, i was trying to apply for another accout with the at on of their stores and they said my account is in arrears bcoz of that amount they said will credit, i was really embarssed when is was told i am in arears... please help
