Autopage incompetence with contracts and billing

My previous compliant referred to the Autopage Brooklyn branch that were not able to firstly upgrade my contract to a Blackberry in time and secondly closing my account so that i can transfer it to my work account.
This complaint is about Autopage sending me legal notices for amounts due after I was notified that the account has been closed and it is ready for transfer to my work account. The nice I got is via email with a message that indicates that I can be prosecuted if i don't comply, but there is no return e-mail address or contact number. (message was e-mail from a no reply address).
Can someone at Autopage for once sort this out and stop harassing me!!
