I opened my account with Autopage just last month (in February), and upon opening my account i requested for a data bundle package to be added to my account. For two months now, Autopage has failed to activate my data bundle and I have been charged out-of-bundly rates for my data!

After the data bundle was not activated last month, I was told that I would be reimbursed for all costs incurred as this was an error on their side, but I am yet to receive any feedback in terms of this reimbursement or compensation.

Being a brand new contract, i had a limit on spend for the first half month which was used up by the data i used to set-up my mobile device as the data bundle was not activated as requested. My line was then barred, and for 4 days i was not able to use my device until I went into the bank to pay a minor amount of R152. Not only was my call time used up by data charges, but my mobile device which i use for work purposed was down for 4 days while i was out of town!

This month again, my data bundle has not been activated and i am being billed out-of-bundle rates! I have alerted Autopage 2 days ago & am still waiting for feedback or for my data bundle to be activated.
