Service service balance on internet usage removed

We currently have a 2G internet bundle with MTN and had the function to check the usage on our internet. We do this as we were told it is an open line and MTN cannot cut the connection if the 2G are reached. However now no balances can be viewed and even phoning 808 and speaking to an internet consultant they cannot even view the balances. As i told the lady this sounds very dodgy as we as customers cannot see whether the 2G is being loaded onto our internet and manage our account and MTN can us by charging us anything because how do you bill clients but you cannot even see what they have used. Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this company it is not on what they are doing and I strongly believe this will be strongly looked upon if brought under the consumer regulators attention. This spells trouble for consumers. Please let the time pass quickly so I can move to another service provider who is client orientated.
