NEVER EVER AUTOPAGE!!!

On 28 January 13 I requested a data bundle activation on my contract. To my surprise after a huge cellphone bill Autopage realised they NEVER activated the data bundle. I was then promised that they will do a refund and activate the data bundle on 8 Febraury. After confirming with the call centre the amount for usage was going to be refunded from 28 Jan - 8 Feb. Autopage only refunded from 28-30 January, only R156 of the R648.
When I queried this I was informed that they already did me a favour by giving me a full 250mb even though it was only activated 8 February. Credit Control NEVER returns phone calls, after the millionth phone call I was informed that the SECOND credit request was passed. It now does NOT reflect on my account, the call centre says there is NO SECOND credit on my account, and I have been send from pillar to post to get hold of Clautilda who assisted me at Credit Control.

I wish Autopage would own up to their mistake, refund my money and learn from their mistakes. I will never ever use Autopage again as this is not the first issue, I had to wait 5 months to get BIS activated on my account!!!

Worst service in the country!!!
