I cannot get anyone to communicate with me.
There has been one miscommunication one after the other - NOT MY FAULT.
I desperately need my line transferred today. It was supposed to be done on 14th January 2013.
Cannot get anyone to talk to me about it.
The call centre is ridiculous.
Promises, promises are unfulfilled.
