Cell C
ITC NUMBER NOT YET RECEIVED

I lost my cell 4ne on Sund 13012013 and reported the incident to the police and was issued a case number. On mond called the cell c center inquiring how I obtain an ITC number, since it was required by the police, was told to visit the nearest Cell C shop. I went to the Brooklyn mall (Pretoria), filled a blacklisting form faxed to the blacklist dept. I was told that it would take 48 to 72 hrs for my applictn to be processed and that I will receive the ITC number by email and sms. After 72 hrs I had not received anything. I went back to the cell c shop and one of the consultants punched my details into the computer and found out that my fone had been blacklisted but there was no ITC number. She called the blacklist dpt was put on hold for 30 mins after which she was told that they will phone me on that day with the ITC number. I never received any commnctn. On Mon. called the cell c call centre was told by Nonkululeko that my applicatn was not in the system, told her tht my 4ne is already blcklisted but hvnt received itc. Asked 2 talk 2 supervisor. The supervisor Tareshi promised thru Nonkululeko to make a follow up and get back to me e same day. hvnt heard 4rom him or her since
