Our Company have been waiting two weeks for Telkom to service two (2) landlines on is a main landline that everyone of our suppliers and customers call to and the other is a faxline. Everytime we call the fault report call centre line one or more agents give us the same answer saying "a technician have been assigned to the fault report". When we ask them when will the technician come out to our premises they have some sort of excuse to let us know that a "technician will come out to look at the problem when one of them is in the area". It's been two weeks now and that technicians is still send out to our premises. We have a big responsible in our telecoms division to communicate with our clients or if they have to contact us. How can or with who can this problem be dealt with. We an international company and we don't expect this pathetic service from Telkom. Telkom have to really up there promises to big companies for Telkom is in need of our services, and we of Telkom. When it comes to payment they are so easy to let us know but if we have a problem they just ignore us big companies. Very, very disapointed in Telkom, we thinking of changing service provider to another company
