Telephone line still on the ground - not repaired

Due to a heavy thunder storm on the evening of Friday, 24 January 2014, the telephone line was damaged.

On the 25 January 2014 I reported that telephone service was not working for my Telkom number 03931 73982.
I received a reference number form Telkom 375CNK250114.

I have since phone twice to inform Telkom that the telephone line is still lying on the ground.
Telkom then "escalated" the complaint to receive more urgent attention.

Today, 4 February 2014 the telephone line is still on the ground and no one from Telkom has been to our residence to repair the fault.

We desperately and urgently need this Telkom line to be repaired because we use the telephone and internet for many hours during the day and evening.
