Telkom has brilliant sales people. I bought the special and was promised by the very efficient salesperson that I will have a Telkom line, adsl and the rest of my package within 14 working days! Yeah. After various calls, I eventually got a call from them telling me that I will get my line on 4 February 2014 - although more than 4 weeks, I was still happy. Then out of the blue, I received a call from Telkom telling me they are installing it on Monday, 27 January 2014. I had to take the day of work to be home. I'm still waiting. I phoned the call centre three times since then. Every time I get the same promise: "out technical team will phone you with a new date". I'm still waiting. Brilliant sales, brilliant call centre promises, NO delivery at all. What now?
