Requested simswop was told takes 24 to 48 hours, not working hours, 6 days later, I' m still waiting for a reply back, still havent got my simswop, after daily calls, and different excuses, I am fedup. I am a client for more than 6 years, but really service is. I pay fmy subscription and calls, but do not get the service.
