It is sad that still today my name is blacklisted at credit bereuas despite your numerous promises.
After believing what you wrote in your email below, I made a loan application at a bank, Needless to say
My application was again unsuccessful due to Vodacom having blacklisted me.

Clearly my request is not taken seriously for reasons known only to you. I'm at pains to
Find a solution to a problem that arose from your office's lack of due diligence when the cell phone contract
application was granted in the first place... and clearly same is still the case.

If what you claim is true, Please provide me with updated credit profiles from Experian, Transunion, Compuscan and XDS since they still have my name blacklisted despite your numerous claims.
