Call the bank yourself

I applied to purchase a car as I'm blacklisted and this company say the help blacklisted people, spoke to Zane and filled the application forms on the 29th of October. Called a week later to find out about the approval, Zane said the guy at the bank couldn't find my application forms and Zane promised to resend them to him. That was the last time I heard from him. I called today to find out what happened and guess what, He was so rude to me and asked what must he do because it was his first time handling a blacklisted application, He also told me to phone the bank myself and by the way my application was declined and he hang up the phone. What surprises me is that I was dealing with him not the bank. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this guy, he is so rude and unprofessional.
