In November 2010, a Vodacom account was opened with my ID. The forensics department confirmed it was and they sent me a letter of proof. I sent a request to get my details updated on Experian as they advised me that the request needs to come directly from Vodacom. I recently discovered (when making a credit application) that the account is reflecting on my credit report in arrears. This is apallling!
Please fix this urgently as Experian insists they need an instruction from Vodacom. This is hampering my credit application.
