Blacklisted My Phone For no reason

I have never been so off like now. Vodacom blacklisted my phone for no reason and haven't been online since Sunday. I called customer care and they told me my phone has been blacklisted and they cant help me over the phone to unblacklist it even though its vodacom's fault that my phone got blacklisted. I bought the phone personally to use it and now it's blacklisted. All I'm asking is for Vodacom to find out why my phone was blacklisted and deal with their incompetent staff that knows how to blacklist wrong phones by mistake and get me back online ASAP. Very disappointed.
