Incompetent Staff mess up home loan application

We applied to 4 major banks and SA Home Loans & Standard bank was the ONLY ONE TO DECLINE our application for a home loan, reason:
"Your application was declined due to not meeting our minimum requirements. oMrs - As per Experian 89 times in arrears in the last 24 months on retail accounts."... email from call centre manager Rita Chamberlain.
I was also told by 2 call centre staff that I am "blacklisted".
I cannot express the tension, stress and embarrassment among other things which I experienced by being falsely accused as blacklisted. My Experian credit report shows that I have never been in arrears of any accounts! & certainly never blacklisted!
The response to the above from Rita Chamberlain was that, if the credit report is clear we must re-apply!
Firstly to falsely accuse someone of being blacklisted/arrears in payment is not a matter to be taken lightly!
Secondly why should I have to re-apply when clearly in-competent staff have messed up on credit checks?
To date we have had no joy in this matter being resolved and has left a bitter taste in my mouth, which has me asking Standard bank Are you really moving forward???
