I applied for a contract at Bayside Mall Game in June 2012 on a Sunday, on Monday I returned to the store and asked for cancellation of the contract, which was welcomed and processed. In February 2013, I applied for a bond, the bank told me I was blacklisted with credit beauro, I called transunion for my credit report and it was Vodacom that blacklisted me, I then lodged a dispute but Transunion closed the case without consulting and hear my side of the story because Vodacom assured them I'm a, I then called Game to ask exactly what happened, they sent thousand apologies confirming some made a mistake and didn't cancel the contract. Now I have no Vodacom contract, no phone, but I'm blacklisted. Vodacom never sent me a statement or called me, they had my bank details they never deducted even once, they are not suprised as to why my "contract" was never active which clearly shows that Vodacom doesn't do auditing. Now all I want is my name to be cleared, all I am getting from Vodacom is bazillion numbers to call, why should all this bulls cost me more than it has inconvinienced me? It was easy for Vodacom to list me, why is it difficult to unlist me?
