I am writing you this email after struggling since the 29 June 2012 to get my Internet problem solved. I have spent countless hours speaking to people in your customer care call centres who apparently no nothing about customer service. They also seem to know nothing about which department to log the query with. No-one who promised to call back has called back. Everyone was upset that I had finally lost my temper after TWENTY DAYS of not being able to do the work I am meant to have done using the Internet service I was meant to have. There is nothing in this service that is anything like the advert you had made... There is nothing in this service that endears you or encourages recommendation. I work for a company where I am meant to recommend your service... I am sure that if I do I will damage the relationships I have with my clients and I will damage the relationships of these clients with the company I work for as a result. I really am at my wits end. You may think this is funny but you really don't deserve to be in business and I don't deserve to have to be a client who is treated so poorly, so I am not laughing.
