Blacklisted

I am in the process of applying for a bond only to find out that I have been blacklisted by MTN for a contract that I have never owned or signed for due to non payment. This is of great concern as I have a perfect credit record and this may affect my bond application. I have a contract with Vodacom and have always paid on time. The thing that I can't understand is that these contracts are debit orders that are deducted from ones bank account so how is this possible?
I need this reversed as a matter of great urgency.
