Vodacom
Lacklisted for fradulantly obtained contract

After my last complaint, I recieved a call from Moddy Motebejane from Vodacom, who told me that the legal
department has sent me an email regarding my complaint.

The truth is, I have not recieved any email from vodacom and I'm still blacklisted for a contract that was obtained fraudulantly. I believe Moddy motebejane was phoned me just to make me believe that vodacom is doing something about my problem, when in fact they are doing absolutly nothing.

If they were doing something about my problem, I would have recieved that email Moddy Motebejane was talking about and my name would have been removed from credit bereaus.

I'm seriously disappointed with the lack of interest in resolving my problem even after I complained through hellopeter. I do not know where to go from here.
