I moved into Irene in April 2013 with family. We have not made use of a fixed line service in our homes for the past 9 years but when we moved into our house we have been unable to use our cellphones as per usual. Calls consistently drop or whoever we speak to over the phone whilst in our new home 'they' cannot hear us. 3G is not available at all. All school projects and most of my wife's work can no longer be done at home (as was the case because of the poor connectivity). I have been dealing with MTN coverage call centre agents as from May and after a number of requests for updates, I asked to speak to the supervisor, who has been unable/ not willing to inform me as to what is going to be done about the situation. I have ask for the supervisor 3 times now when phoning in in the space of 3 weeks and he has not been available, this last time I ask for the supervisor direct report to which he was unavailable too. I have been a loyal MTN customer for 19 years but now I am paying for services that are not being delivered to me. 1st choice is just to fix the problem or cancel my 3 contracts and refund me.
