Wont let me speak to a Manager to complain

Phoned Afrihost in October 2013 to enquire about moving my ADSL line from my house in Newcastle to my new house in Amanzimtoti.
Call Centre agent told me that I just need to phone with the new number once the voice line has been installed by Telkom, and Afrihost will do the rest within a week.
Line Installed on 25th Nov. Phoned Afrihost to convert, only to be told that it will take 14 - 30 Working days. Eventually got put through to a supervisor, that told me that she will arrange for it to be done in 5 days. Cant remember her name, and every time I phone to speak to a Supervisor/Manager, I get told that they are busy/not currently available.
If all calls are recorded, surely my call with the supervisor was recorded, and I could be assisted?
I operate a business from home, so not having internet connectivity is costing me money.
VERY IRATE!
