No communication on progress of services requested

I have requested that my phone and internet lines be moved from one address to the other five weeks ago. I have had no communication from Telkom at all and every time i call their call center i hear the same thing, that my request has been escalated and that they will be in touch with me to give me feedback. I have had no feedback and no response from them at all. Everyday i call the call center from my cell phone and am of course billed as i do not have a phone line to call toll free. When i ask to speak to a supervisor i am told they are busy or in meetings and that they will call me back and i have had no call back at all i cannot get to speak to any form of management at all over the last five weeks. I am unable to run my business without a phone or internet line and have had to do so from my cell phone for the last five weeks which have proved to be very expensive and i have lost lots of business because of this.
