23 attempts at calling the call centre. It is understood that calls are recorded for quality assurance. Well look up all 23 calls and you will find that each time my call is answered and when the agents hear I am query a dissatisfied service complaint, they purposely drop the call. 3mths ago the same happened and when I spoke to a supervisor he blatantly told me that the agents don't like to deal with complaints so they just drop the call = this declaration from a supervisor!

So today, 23 phone calls later (all dropped) the last attempt I said to the agent, PLEASE DO NOT DROP MY CALL SO SHE SAID WHAT IS IT THAT I NEED HELP WITH SO I SAID WE COULD START BY NOT DROPPING MY CALL AND SHE SIGHED AND DROPPED MY CALL. YOU CAN SURELY HEAR THIS SIGH CLEARLY ON THE RECORDING.

I AM FED UP I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME OR MONEY TO KEEP PHONING LIKE THIS.

NOT ONCE SINCE I HAVE OPENED AN ACCOUNT AT HOMECHOICE HAVE I BEEN PLEASED WITH THE STAFF'S ATTITUDE AT THE CALL CENTRE!

I NEED SOMEONE COMPETENT TO SPEAK TO TO RESOLVE A SIMPLE QUERY Dealing with purposeful spiteful agents INFURIATES ME
