BRAND NEW OUT OF BOX FAILURE

On the 29th of June I purchased a new dongle from Cell C in Century City.
On the 1st of July I tried my new dongle and it did not work. On Wed the 3rd of July I went to the Cell C Store in Century City and told them the dongle was faulty. They tested it and agreed with me that it was faulty and classed it as an 'out of box failure'. I asked for a new one and they told me that unfortunately it had to be sent to Johannesburg to be tested and I should have a response within 3 days as to whether I can get a new one. At this stage I was really annoyed as my new sales rep cannot work remotely with out a working internet connection.
Nevertheless off I went expecting a call within the 3 days from Cell C to tell me to collect my new dongle.
WELL! It is the 18th of July and I am still waiting for a call from Cell C. I have not been phoned once by Cell C, I have phoned 3 times. I went into the store on the 14th of July and was told I was getting a new one as they agreed it was an OBF but did not have any in stock. I have now phoned twice again asking for the dongle that was supposed to be transferred from Bayside! Still not phone call, still no DONGLE! What kind of service is this? SHOCKING!
