Telkom - Worst Service and Customer Service

I have really lost all trust in Telkom to provide a decent service. I called the call centre to place an order to move a line 2 weeks ago. Up until today, the line has still not been moved. I called the call centre numerous times to find out what is happening and have made 2 escalation attempts with promises made by Telkom. I was promised calls back, which never materialised. Eventually I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was put through to Nancy. Her attitude is pathetic. She kept defending her staff and technicians not wanting to hear my issues.

I need my Telkom phone line moved as a matter of urgency! and yet no-one at Telkom seems to care about customer service.
