A call was made to Telkom on 28 Mar 2013 to request to move a residential tel and adsl line.
They were unable to log a call and promised to phone me on my mobile on 2 Apr 2013.
A call was never received. I subsequently logged an online request on 4 Apr 2013 which indicated that the line moving will be complete on 9 Apr 2013. Nothing happened. I phoned 10, 11, 12, 15 Apr and all the service consultants do is write a note on the call. On 15 Apr it was promised that a supervisor named Sunelda will phone me that same day. Nothing happened. I phoned 16 Apr and requested to speak to a supervisor. They refused to put me through to a supervisor without me having to fight for it.
Now, the new information is that a line installation takes 21 working days?!!!
This turn around time is unacceptable!
