Uncapped isn't uncapped, plus horrible service

Not once, but now twice in six weeks we have been throttled by Mweb.

We phoned around and found that we are not the only people having this problem. We own a 1MB uncapped account, however we were capped for the first time in 5 years, 6 weeks ago. We were told to cut down on our download speeds if we wanted it to get unthrottled, however in the meantime, we are unable to conduct our business because we are unable to get emails or anything of the sort.

Meanwhile we're phoning Mweb to complain directly to them, however our requests to speak to a supervisor were met with adamant refusals and complaints from the STAFF that we are being unfair and that they will not call a supervisor for such a reason. Instead, they told us that we HAD to purchase a 2MB line if we want to be unthrottled and then we won't be throttled again.

After two weeks of being throttled (A total of 15 days, when they told us 10 days maximum.) we finally got our normal connectivity back. Now two weeks after that, after we've slowed down our download amount to less than half, we're throttled again with no warning

This service is absolutely disgusting towards such long-time customers.
