10 yr Cellphone contract blocked on 23/6/13, 9 days into month.
Call Centre refuses to assist with any query until 15/7/13.
Alledgedly used data of 2, 6GB on 22/6/13. Tried sending 3 emails with photos attached on 22/6. Size of 3 emails totaled 110MB. Did not go through on 22/6 after several "retries".
Phoned 808 at 9:05am on 23/6 to query emails. Had to listen to account balances before getting transfered to operator. Account suddenly R1400 which is not right. No assistance with acc balance and technical could not assist with emails. Deleted emails, decided to send photos through whatsapp.
Phoned 808 at 11:09am on 23/6, acc balance suddenly R5100! but acc credit limit only R1000.
No assistance. Must wait for 15/7/13 to query. Logged several queries since ie Ref 101419328. On enquiring today, I was told all queries before 15/7/13 were invalid, must log new query (USD2399638). Still no assistance and might have to wait until 22/7/13
All June contract benefits forfeited. Phone data and call log show 7min actual billable talktime and 1 sent email from 14/6 to 23/6
Debitorder goes off at bank 30/7/13 and yet nobody tries to assist
Went prepaid since on own expence
