I have called your customer service and I have send emails regarding deductions going off my account for 1Life. These emails were sent to you almost two months ago. I don't understand why a simple query takes so long to reach resolution. I expect to recieve clarification and an answer on my query asap.

See email that was sent to you below:

"I have a query, I have noticed that every month you deduct money from my account twice. R -48.45 and R -47.83 respectively. I want to know why, as I do NOT have two policies with you.

Please clarify the reason for this. If you need more information please contact me on this email"
