Very poor feedback on query - keep me liable

Good day,

I was in the USA from 22 June till 13 July 2013 - on 22 June my data cost me a lot as I had to find directions. On my way back I made sure that the data was off but I had to use whatsapp a few times for a missing wallet - I switched data on for that. When I got my July invoice (beginning of August) the data used for that day was about R5000. I phoned my account manager and asked him to arrange investigation in this matter as it did not make sense to me. a week later I had no response and I send an email on 8 August with explanation of why I am sure the invoice is incorrect and I again asked if they can investigate. I send a few emails to remind / ask for feedback with no response at all. On 10 September I was threatened that I my credit record will be effected if I don't pay - I send a few emails again with my complaint with only one feedback with a very unacceptable answer. in October a got a new account manager who send a form to allow investigation of the data - but the date was already to far back in history. I heard this morning I am still liable for the amount even though Autopage did nothing to investigate. I can supply emails I send (with notifications)
