Worst cellphone in the world!!!

I finally understand why blackberries are so cheap, this was the only decent (or so I thought) phone I qualified for on my specific contract and what a piece of! I cannot wait to get rid of it! For some or other unknown reason the phone reboots himself after it froze and has been loading for hours on end! Keeps saying the memory is full but when I go to check the memory is not even half used. The battery doesn't last 1 day - even though I don't even use it. Its slow as and keeps wiping out my smses! This stupid thing isn't even 1 year old yet! Vodacom can't help me - not sure why though!

This really is the worst phone I've had in my life!
