Data query logged 09/09/2013. Still no reply!!!

I am not going to give a long explanation as I am sick of explaining my story over and over again. I logged a query on 9 September 2013 about my data on my account. I was told I will be phoned. 17/09/13 I phoned again re no one phoning me back and my query. 23/09/13 The same as on 17/09/13. On 27/09/13 Still no phone call or reply on my data query. I phoned again. 01/10/13 Still no phone call so I phoned again. 02/10 Still no reply, so I phoned again. 15/10/13 I PHONED AGAIN AS I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PHONE CALL.

WHY MUST I WAIT 1 AND A HALF MONTHS FOR A REPLY ON MY QUERY!!!???
