Account billed incorrectly since upgrade

I upgraded at the beginning of May and got free sms's and data together with R200 airtime with the deal. All was fine until my phone was blocked one day. I phoned mtn call centre and was told I was over my limit. I queried how that could be possible and then we discovered they never activated my free data, sms's or airtime when they did the upgrade. They had to increase my limit so I could use my phone and they logged a query for the free data, sms's and airtime to be activated and for the account billing to be fixed. My husband went to the mtn store after receiving the bill at the end of June and they logged another query and said once they have loaded the sms's, data and airtime that they would credit my account this month. Guess what, 3rd month now passed, no credit on my account, no free sms's, data or airtime and an account way over what it should be! This is shocking service! Seriously considering changing my service provider!
